A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION TO CANCEL THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT AND CANCEL ANY
INTEREST ON MACGIBBON PROPERTY (PID #75-41 1-0220) IN THE CITY OF
ELK RIVER, SPECIAL ASSESSMENT LEVY NUMBER 88082
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River had levied a Special Assessment on the property
identified as PID #75-411-0220 in the City of Elk River;and,
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River approved Resolution 88-18 accepting the final
assessment roll for the Main Street Improvement Project;and,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the parcel is unbuildable and there is no benefit
to the property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River that
the remaining Special Assessment in the amount of$250.70 for the property located at PID #75-
411-0220, Sherburne County Levy number 88082 will be cancelled. The City of Elk River shall also
forgive,and cancel any interest that was applied to the property regarding the Special Assessment.
