ACTION REQUESTED
Approve budget amendment in the amount of$28,356.50 to the Contractual Services line item in the
HRA budget.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
On March 5, 2012, the HRA authorized improvements for 724 Main Street (Elk River Meats),which
resulted in the repair of the east wall of the building due to the demolition of 716 and 720 Main Street.
The 2012 budget was amended with the approval of the parking lot construction contract,however the
amendment did not include the repairs to the east wall of Elk River Meats.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
A total of$28,500 will be allocated out of the HRA development fund balance into the Contractual
Services line item.
