SUBJECT: Meeting Reminder& Staff Updates— November 21, 2012
This is to remind you of our upcoming meeting on Wednesday,November 21,2012 at 8:30 a.m.
in the Uppertown Conference Room at the"Rik River City Hall. The agenda and September minutes
are attached.
STAFF UPDATES
ENERGY AWARENESS MONTH
Staff will give an update on the activities of Energy Awareness Month.
PROJECT CONSERVE
Staff will give an update on Project Conserve Phase W.
BUSINESS EDUCATION EVENT
The October Business Education Event on fats,oils and grease recycling for restaurants was
cancelled due to lack of RSVPs. Staff will discuss the continuation of planning these events.
COMMISSION SUBCOMMITTEES
Staff met with Chair,John Setala to discuss organizing subcommittees within the Commission.
Meeting notes are attached. Staff will propose possible options and ask for input and discussion
from the Commission.
