Mayor Dietz is asked to present Councilmember Gumphrey with a plaque recognizing his eight years of
outstanding service to the City of Elk River.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Councilmember Gumphrey served as Ward 2 Councilmember from 2005—2012. On behalf of the Elk
River Community,Mayor Dietz will present Councilmember Gumphrey with a plaque recognizing his
service.
