ACTION REQUESTED
Approve by motion the massage therapist license renewal for Krystal Komula to work at Bela Saon valid
until December 31,2013.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
The City Council considered annual license renewals in December. Ms. Komula's renewal was not
included because staff had not received a complete renewal application and staff has completed the
necessary background work.
Ms. Komula has since submitted a complete renewal application.
