SUBJECT: Meeting Reminder— December 10, 2012
This is to remind you of our upcoming joint meeting on December 10, 2012 at 4:30 p.m. at
the Elk River City Hall in the Uppertown Conference Room. Please see the attached
agenda.
Since this is a Special meeting, no other business than what is listed on the agenda will be
discussed. The groups will be given 5-7 minutes to present their trail marker concept. This
meeting will be taped. The students need to leave City Hall no later than 5:30 p.m. so this will
be a relatively short meeting. Because of this short amount of time they are allowed to be
here, it is very important that the meeting begins as scheduled at 4:30 p.m.
Questions will be answered at the end of all of the presentations. If you have questions that
there is not time to answer, please write them down and I will forward them to the Professor.
If you have any questions or are unable to attend, please call Rebecca at (763) 635-1068. Thank
