1. Call Meeting To Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,the closed meeting of the Elk River City Council was
called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Mayor Dietz.
2. Closed Meeting-Labor Negotiations
The purpose of the closed meeting was to discuss the labor negotiations for the Patrol
Union,LELS Local 231 and Sergeant's Union,LELS Local 271,pursuant to MN Statute
13D.03, subdivision 1(b).
• 3. Adjournment
There being no further business,Mayor Dietz adjourned the closed meeting of the Elk River
City Council at 6:28 p.m.
