BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Listed below is a pay estimate that has been submitted for approval. The pay estimate has been reviewed
and is found to be accurate and in accordance with the contract documents. All work has been
completed on this project. The final retained amount has been held to assure proper vegetation is
established in the spring.
