BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Luke Gilbertson and Todd Becker are employed with Charter Communications. Mr. Gilbertson and Mr.
Becker are requesting solicitor licenses in order to go door-to-door soliciting cable,internet, and phone
services for Charter Communications. Both applicants have submitted all application materials and
completed Police Department background checks.
