BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Ms. Remick requests a peddler license to sell ice cream from her truck throughout the city. She has
submitted all application materials and successfully completed a background check.
Ms. Remick is also licensed to operate her ice cream truck in Monticello, Big Lake, and Becker.
