This is to remind you of our upcoming Special HPC meeting on Thursday, February 5, 2013
at 6:00 p.m. at the Elk River City Hall in the Utilities Conference Room. Please see the
attached agenda. As a reminder, the History Day discussion will be the only item the HPC can
discuss.

I. HISTORY DAY
I have attached a list of activities that have been discussed at the previous meetings with
names of who is responsible for them. Please bring along any additional ideas you may
have.
2. ARCHAEOLOGICAL DIG UPDATE
The City Council approved the grant application submittal on January 22, 2013. Staff
submitted the grant application on Friday,January 25, 2013. I will keep you posted as to
whether the grant is approved.
