BACKGROUND
The applicant is requesting a massage therapist license to practice therapeutic massage at
Simonson's Salon and Day Spa located at 19320 Highway 169. She has met the required 500
hours of completed course work and successfully passed the background check.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion approving a therapeutic massage license for Jami Sternquist to practice
therapeutic massage at Sirnonson's Salon and Day spa.
