Background
Mr. Froehlich has made application for a transient merchant license to sell citrus fruit from a
semi-trailer from the Menards parking lot. Mr. Froehlich has received written permission
from Menards and has successfully passed the background check.
Action Requested
Council motion approving a transient merchant license for Mr. Froehlich to sell citrus from
the Menards parking lot.
