TO: Hayor and Council FROM: Jeff Beahen, Chief of Police DATE: December 22, 2003 SUBJECT: Swearing in of Police Officer Mayor K3inzing will swear in Christopher Morgan as a new police officer for the City of Elk River. Christopher was a dispatcher for the Sherburne County Sheriff's Office and also worked for the Wright County Sheriff's Office. He also has previous experience with the Maple Grove Fire Department. His father is a retired police officer with the St. Louis Park Police Department and he will be present to proudly pin the badge on his son's uniform shirt once he has completed his oath of office.
