BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Mr. Wolters is employed with Charter Communications. He is requesting a solicitor license in order to go
door-to-door soliciting cable,phone, and internet services for Charter Communications. Mr. Wolters has
submitted all application materials and successfully completed a background check.
