BACKGROUND
The Lion's are requesting a temporary license to sell 3.2 percent beer on sale at the
Sherburne County Fair on July 11, 12, 13, and 14. The beer will be sold at the Sherburne
County Fairgrounds.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion approving a temporary on-sale 3.2 percent beer sale at the Sherburne
County Fairgrounds on July 11, 12, 13, and 14 contingent upon liquor liability insurance
being provided.

That no manufacturer of such 3.2% malt liquors has any ownership, in whole or in part, in
said business of said applicant or any interest therein.
