1. Call Meeting To Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the work session meeting of the Elk River Parks and
Recreation Commission was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chair Anderson.
2. Work Session Discussion Item- Bailey Point Concept,Design and Usage
Planner/Park Planner, Chris Leeseberg presented what information was submitted when
applying for the grant to purchase the Bailey Point property along with compatible and
incompatible uses and developments per the grant and easement.
Chair Anderson led the commission members and area residents in brainstorming ideas
regarding the concept,design and usage of Bailey Point.
3. Adjournment
There being no further business,the workshop adjoumed at 8:14pm.
