ACKGROUNDISCUSSION
The Administrative Hearing Board was established to hear appeals from the city’s code enforcement
process. The Board consists of two Councilmembers and a Planning Commission member.
The Planning Commission has selected Eric Johnson as their representative on the Board. Mr. Johnson
replaces Mr. Lemke, who no longer serves on the Planning Commission.
