ACTION REQUESTED
Motion to approve a temporary on-sale liquor license to the Elk River Rotary Club for May 16,2013,
with the following condition:
■ Alcohol must be limited to an area that is fenced in with secured and controlled access.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
The "Taste of Elk River"is a one day event that will be held on May 16, 2013, at the Sherburne County
Fairgrounds. The Rotary has submitted all the necessary application materials.
