RES 13-18A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR AN O r
STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Elk River City Council on October 15, 2012, ordered the preparation of a
feasibility report by WSB & Associates, Inc. for the 2013 Street Improvement
Project; and
WHEREAS, a neighborhood meeting was conducted by city staff and WSB & Associates, Inc. on
December 13, 2012; and
WHEREAS, on January 7, 2013, the City Council approved the Feasibility Report and scheduled
the public improvement hearing for February 4, 2013; and
H E REAS, the City Council held a public hearing to discuss and consider the improvements on
February 4, 2013; and
WHEREAS, on February 4, 2013, the Elk River City Council ordered the 2013 Street
Improvement Project and directed WSB & Associates, Inc. to prepare plans and
specifications consistent with the ordered improvements, pursuant to Resolution
13 -07,
2. The City Council hereby directs staff to mail official notice to the affected property owners
to include the individual amounts of the proposed assessments.
