Cancel Council Meeting on 7~20~98 and
Consider Calling Special Meeting on
7/21/98
Dr. Flannery has advised me that one of two School Board representatives
that was scheduled to attend the worksession with the City Council
representatives on Monday, July 20, cannot make the 5:00 time frame. After
a number of phone calls, it now appears that the two Board representatives
and the two City Council representatives can all make a worksession on
Tuesday, July 21, at 6:00 p.m., at City Hall. In case a quorum of
Councilmembers or School Board members are in attendance, it is
appropriate to have this worksession officially called as a City Council
meeting.
Action Requested
Motion canceling the Special City Council Meeting that was called for
Monday, July 20, 1998, at 5:00 p.m., at City Hall.
Motion calling for a Special City Council Meeting on Tuesday, July 21, 1998,
at 6:00 p.m., at City Hall.
