Re: Recommended Modification to Youthbound Hours of Operation
As we anticipated prior to the opening of Youthbound, we understood that the hours of
operation may need alteration. Combining input from the teens and more research into
similar operations, I am recommending that we modify the hours of operation.
I recommend that the hours become:
- Monday through Thursday 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm
- Friday and Saturday 3:00 pm - 12:00 midnight
- Closed Sundays.
These changes have been discussed with Tom Zerwas as they pertain to curfew and
we believe that the hours will be manageable. Curfew is 10:00 pm - 5:00 am for teens
15 and under and Midnight - 5:00 am for teens age 16 & 17.
We will continue to evaluate the effectiveness of these hours and be prepared to make
even further modifications if necessary. I anticipate that once school begins these hours
will again be altered.
