SUBJECT: Overlay Supplemental
Public/Assessment Hearings
Phil Hals is requesting the council to consider adding two areas to
the 1998 overlay improvement project. These two roads consist of an
extension of Waco Street to the south and 189th Lane. The inclusion
of these two roads will add the subdivisions of Camp Cozy and Camp
Cozy 3ra to the assessment roll.
ACTION REQUESTED
The Council is requested to call for a supplemental public and
assessment hearing for August 3, 1998, to add Waco Street and 189th
Lane to the 1998 overlay project.
