Item # 3.4.
There will be a special meeting of the City Council on May 23, 2002. The purpose of the
meeting is to meet with the School Board to discuss topics of interest to both bodies. The
meeting will be held at City Hall m the training room at 7:30 p.m. following a regular 7:00
p.m. regular School Board meeting.
ACTION REQUESTED
Motion calling a special meeting of the City Council for the purpose of meeting jointly with
the School Board on Thursday, May 23, 2002, at 7:30 p.m. at City Hall in the training room.
