ACTION REQUESTED
1. Approve by motion a massage establishment license for Anna Marie's Salons LLC d.b.a Michael
Stevens Salon and Spa, 19262 Freeport Street NW,valid until December 31, 2013.
2. Approve by motion massage therapist licenses for Angela Pasbrig and Sean Begin to work at Michael
Stevens Salon& Spa,valid until December 31, 2013.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Anna Marie's Salons LLC has applied for a massage establishment license for Michael Stevens Salon&
Spa, 19262 Freeport Street NW.
Angela Pasbrig and Sean Begin have applied for massage therapist licenses to practice massage at Michael
Stevens Salon& Spa.
All applicants have successfully cleared Police Department background investigations and the
establishment has successfully completed inspections by the Fire and Building Safety Division.
