Approve by motion a massage therapist license for Lisa Bartel to work at the Little Rejuvination Station
valid until December 31, 2013.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Lisa Bartel is requesting a massage therapist license to perform massage at the Little Rejuvination Station,
705 Main Street in Elk River.
Ms. Bartel has submitted all the necessary application materials and successfully cleared a Police
Department background check.
