RES 13-25WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and
individuals for their contributions to the community; and
RE AS, the City of Elk River owns the Elk River YMCA facilityT; and
the -WHY Church has been collaborating with both the YMCA and the Parks
and Recreation Department to install acoustic panels in the YMCA gym as a
donation and valued at $8,210 with the intent that it would be a facility
improvement.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk
River, by at least a two- thirds vote, to acknotivledge the support and commend the NXTHY
Church for their donation.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Ells River this 6"' day of May 2012.
