WHEREAS, Pursuant to Section 2 -52 of the Ella River City Code, the time of City
Council meetings shall be set by resolution; and
the City Council history for modifying the time of City Council meetings has
been adopted in Resolution 08 -34 and Resolution 10 -13; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems the following for meeting start times:
1. The City Council meeting held on the first Monday of each month shall
be set to start at 6:30 p.m.
2. The City Council meeting held on the third Monday of each month shall
be set to start at 6:00 p.m., or immediately= following the Economic
Development Authority meeting, whichever is later.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ells
River, Minnesota, that the start time for City Council meetings as noted in this resolution
shall be effective immediately.
