AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER AMENDING
SECTION 2-52, REGULAR MEETINGS, OF THE ELK RIVER,
MINNESOTA, >
The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section 2 -52 titled, Regular Meetings, of the City of Elk River Code of
Ordinances shall be amended to read as follows:
Regular meetings of the council shall be held on the first; second; and dlird Mondays of
each calendar month at such time of day as the city council shall establish by resolution.
Any regular meeting falling upon a holiday shall be held on the next following business day
at the same time and place.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect upon adoption and be published as
provided by law.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 6`E' day of
May, 2013.
