Motion to approve a temporary on-sale liquor license to Friends of the Kelley Farm for June 15, 2013,
with the following condition:
■ Alcohol must be limited to an area that is fenced in with secured and controlled access.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
The mission of Friends of the Kelley Farm is to preserve and support the operation of the Oliver Kelley
Farm,located in Elk River. The Friends of the Kelley Farm group is holding an artistic and wine event
on June 15, 2013, at the farm.
Friends of the Kelley Farm have submitted all the necessary application materials. Based on the
description of the event staff was given, the event would not fall under the special event permit process.
