it appears to the City Council of the City of Ell-, River that the streets hereinafter
described should be designated as Municipal State Aid Streets under the provisions
of Minnesota Law.
THEREFORE, IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ell-, River, that
the streets described as follows, to -wit:
Part of MSAS 116 197`h Avenue- Tyler Street to Twin Lakes Road (CSAH 13)
Part of MSAS 123 22150 Avenue- TH 169 to Monroe Street NW
Part of MSAS 126 Waco Street- TH 10 to CR 35
Part of MSAS 130 201" Avenue- CSAH 1 to TH 169
Part of MSAS 134 Filhnore Street- 165`x' Avenue to 175`" Avenue
MSAS 138 Ulysses Street- Jarvis Street to 171" Avenue NW
be, and hereby are, revoked as Municipal State Aid Streets of said City subject to the approval of the
Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to forward
two certified copies of this resolution to the Conarrdssioner of Transportation for his consideration.
