City subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of
Minnesota.
E IT FURTHER 5 L , that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for
his consideration, and that upon liis approval of the designation of said streets or portions
thereof, that same be constructed, unproved and maintained as Municipal State Aid Streets
of the City of Elk River, to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid Streets.
