1. Call Meeting To Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River City Council was called
to order at 6:00 p.m. by Mayor Dietz.
2. Statement to be Read b`T Ma3Tor Prior to Convening Closed Meeting
Mayor Dietz recited the statement as outlined on the agenda.
3. Closed Meeting — Develop and Consider Counteroffers Related to the City's Purchase of
Pinewood
The purpose of the closed meeting was to develop and consider counteroffers related to the
city's purchase of Pinewood Golf Course pursuant to MN Statute 13D.05, subdivision 3(c).
4. Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Dietz adjourned the closed meeting of the Elk River
City Council at 6:27 p.m.
