I, Stephanie Klinzing, Mayor, hereby request a special meeting of the Elk River City
Council on Monday, May 6, 2002, at 6:00 p.m., at the Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono
Parkway, Elk River, Minnesota.
The purpose of the meedng is to meet with the Sherbume County Board of Commissioners
for our annual meeting to discuss mutual issues.
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city, clerk to post this nodce at least
three days prior to the meedng date. I further request the city clerk to nodfy each member
of the City Council of this special meedng, in writing, at least one day before the meedng.
