ACTION REQUESTED
Approve by motion a temporary 3.2% malt liquor license to the Elk River Lions Club for June 8,2013,
with the following condition:
■ Alcohol must be limited to an area that is fenced in with secured and controlled access.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
The Elk River Lions have applied for a temporary 3.2% malt liquor license to serve beer at a tractor pull
scheduled for June 8, 2013, at the Sherburne County Fairgrounds. The Elk River Lions have submitted all
the necessary application materials.
