ACTION REQUESTED
Approve by motion a license to sell tobacco related products to The Ecig Palace located at 19264 Evans
St NW valid through December 31, 2013.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
The Ecig Palace LLC is requesting a license to sell electronic cigarettes and tobacco related devices at
19264 Evans St NW. An electronic cigarette is a battery operated devise that delivers inhaled doses of
nicotine through a vaporized solution simulating the act of tobacco smoking.
Electronic cigarettes and other products made or derived from tobacco are regulated as "tobacco
products" under the Federal Food and Drug Administration's Tobacco Control Act.
The applicant has submitted all the necessary application materials.
