ISSUE:
Request by Rivercity Snowriders for an Exempt Gambling Permit which will
allow the Rivercity Snowriders to hold a raffle on October 15, 1998, at the
Elk River Bowl.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Motion to approve Exempt Gambling Permit as requested by Rivercity
Snowriders.
