RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
Be it resolved that the-Elk River Police Department enter into a grant
agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Office of
Traffic Safety for the project entitled SAFE ~. SOBER COMMUNITIES
during the period from October 1, i996 through September 30, 1997.
Tom Zerwas, Chief of Elk River Police Department is hereby authorized
to execute such agreements as are necessary to implement the project on
behalf of the Elk River Police Department.
I certify that the above resolution was adopted by the City Council of
Elk River, Minnesota on Sept. 9, 199{3.
