Designation of Official City Newspaper

State Statute requires that each city annually designate an official newspaper that is used to
publish legal matters and notices. The Elk tO'ver Star News has been the official newspaper
for the City of Elk River for the past several years.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council makes a motion to designate the Elk tO'ver StarNetvs as the official newspaper for
the City of Elk River for 2004.
