Trott Brook Farms Update
The Planning Commission held a very productive 3-1/2 hour worksession
with the developers of the Trott Brook Farms project. At this meeting the
Commission gave some general direction to the developers regarding some
changes in the proposed project. Three of the most significant concerns in
the proposal related to the density of the townhouse areas, mainly the
southwest townhouse area, the street width proposal for the cul-de-sacs, and
the number of lots with less than eighty feet of frontage. Staff anticipates
meeting with the developers early next week to review changes that are
being proposed by the developers. It is anticipated that the Planning
Commission will consider and make a recommendation to the City Council on
the Trott Brook Farms project at its July 28 meeting and that this proposal
wi_il get to the Council as soon as August 3, 1998.
