NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Elk River City Council and Energy City Commission
may be attending a tour along with Senator Al Franken of the Landfill to Gas Electric Facility,Great
River Energy Processing Plant,and the Great River Energy Power Plant on Saturday,June 29,2013,
beginning at 1:15 p.m.,in Elk River,Minnesota. A quorum of the Elk River City Council and
Energy City Commission may attend the tour;however,they will not convene any meeting,and no
action will be taken by the City Council or the Energy City Commission during the tour.
