BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
On March 11, 2013, the Council discussed a Council Code of Conduct and reviewed some sample codes
used by other communities. On April, 8, 2013, the Council reviewed the city ordinance pertaining to the
citywide code of conduct.
The consensus was to bring back an updated Agenda template with meeting protocol's identified as a
reference point for meetings. The attached Agenda template includes a list of draft protocol items to
discuss and consider adopting,removing or amending.
The draft Agenda Template also includes a new item #9,which is Council Liaison Update.
