I, Stephanie Klinzing, Mayor, hereby request an emergency meeting of the Elk River City
Council on Thursday, July 3, 2003, at 1:30 p.m., at Motin Law Offices PA, 327 Mare Street,
Elk River, Minnesota.
The purpose of the meeting is for discussion of protocol for closing the Lake Orono Public
Beach.
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the Finance Director notify the media
prior to the meeting date. I further request the Finance Director to notify each member of
the City Council of this emergency meeting prior to the meeting.
