I, Stephanie Klinzing, Mayor, hereby request a special meeting of the Elk River City
Council on Monday, February 28, 2005, 6:30 p.m., at the Sherburne County Government
Center, 13880 Highway 10, lflk River, Minnesota.
The purpose of the meeting is for Board of Appeal and Equalization training.
In accordance with State Statlute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least
three days prior to the mee~g date. I further request the city clerk to notify each member of
the City Council of this spec~al meeting, in writing, at least one day before the meeting.
