Review draft agreement from the city attorney.
Background/Discussion
At the work session on July 1, the Council directed staff to work with the city attorney on options that
would allow for the issuance of a permit for a freestanding sign within an easement.
The city attorney will be present to discuss an agreement to be signed by the property owner,allowing for
the sign to be permitted,but recognizing that the removal will be at the requirement of the city and the
owner's expense.
