Consider a request by Phoenix Enterprises for a rezoning to PUD (Planned
Unit Development), a preliminary plat for 61 single family lots and a
conditional use permit for a planned unit development for Hillside Estates 9th
Addition.

Issue
This item is being continued. At their July 25, 1998 meeting, the Planning
Commission postponed this item until their August 28, 1998. This item will
be presented to the Council at the September 21, 1998 meeting.
