NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Elk River City Council may be participating in the
Sherburne County Fair Parade on Friday, July 19, 2013, beginning at 6:30 p.m.,in Elk River,
Minnesota. A quorum of the Elk River City Council may participate in the parade; however, they
will not convene any meeting, and no action will be taken by the City Council during the parade.
