A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE
OF A SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX
WHEREAS,
the City Council of the City of Elk River recognizes the need for the use of a
safety deposit box; and
WHEREAS,
the City Council of the City of Elk River authorizes the rental of a safety
deposit box at the First National Bank of Elk River.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Elk River gives
authority to the City Administrator, Finance Director, and City Clerk for this use.
Passed and adopted this 12th day of January 2004.
