Set a time and date to hold an HRA Budget workshop for the 2014-15 Budgets
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
As part of the budget process, staff envisions annual budget workshops going forward,to allow for
informal discussions regarding the goals and objectives,major projects,and other items influencing the
HRA budget.
Staff recommends August 12 or 26 at 5:30 p.m.This will provide staff enough time to make any
necessary adjustments to the budget before adoption at the September 3 meeting.
