NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that members of the Energy City Commission may attend the City
Council meeting on Monday,August 5, 2013, beginning at 6:30 p.m. at Elk River City Hall, 13065
Orono Parkway, Elk River, Minnesota. A quorum of the Energy City Commission may attend the
meeting; however, they will not convene any meeting, and no action will be taken by the Commission
during the meeting.
